Analyst in one of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies
Do you organize your life in a spreadsheet? Does the word "process improvement" make your heart race? Will creating and updating action-oriented reports put a smile on your face?
If you answered "yes" to at least one of these questions, we think you’ll be a great fit as our new analyst!
From our humble beginnings as a small Norwegian startup where everyone could fit around one (long) table, Nettbureau has grown into a large and established company with over 70 employees across ten countries.
We have been a fixture on the gazelle list of Dagens Næringsliv, racking up a nearly record-breaking 10 year streak, and are regularly cited by Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.
Nettbureau is a tech company helping people make better decisions through our marketplaces. Sites like e.g. Eiendomsmegler.no and PlacasSolares.es are fast becoming the leading way for Norwegians and Spaniards to find a realtor and heat pump.
With around 100 similar sites across Europe and a range of home-grown software platforms, we have a massive amount of data to organize, interpret, and analyze.
As our current analyst is transitioning to a new role as country manager, we need a new, skilled analyst to help us continue on our journey.
What we offer:
- A key role in an exciting company experiencing strong international growth and helping drive Europe’s energy transition🌱🚀
- A great working environment in stylish offices near Tøyen Torg, complete with a subsidized canteen you’ll want to brag to your friends about!🍽😋

A talented analyst who can extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, understand complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions, will be key in helping us achieve our goals of becoming the market leader in Europe.

- Has strong communication skills: Can transform complex data into easily understandable reports and insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
- Has a keen eye for detail: Identifying outliers and errors in data sets and models, making sure our decisions are based on correct input.
- Is self-driven: Having a high capacity for working independently and taking initiative. Identifying problems and opportunities, while ensuring many parallel responsibilities are handled efficiently and on time.
- Is quick to learn: With a strong base knowledge of how spreadsheets and databases work, you quickly master new tools and methods and stay up to date.

- Can communicate well in other languages: The Scandinavian languages, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch are most useful, but other languages are also a plus.
- Has experience coding in Python or similar programming languages.
This is a wish list of what we’re looking for, not a list of requirements, and we highly doubt someone will tick all boxes.
